A.J (Arthur John) Norman graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth in 1984, and worked for two years just outside Norwich before starting the Clinic in 1986. He has a particular interest in the elderly and disabled, and is currently Disciplinary Officer for the BCA.

Jan-Paul Middleton graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2001. He began practicing in Malta upon graduating and was involved in treating and training the Malta International Rugby Team. On returning to the UK, Jan was based in a family chiropractic practice in Essex. His particular interests are in sports biomechanics, injuries and nutrition and the treatment on head/neck/shoulder complaints.

The chiropractors are ably supported by Office Manager Marilyn O'Connell. Marilyn also doubles as receptionist, together with Linda Bunting, and aided by Beth Vingoe on Saturdays.
