These are the different fees payable when you visit us:

| Subsequent Treatment | £44 -Adult £32- Child |
We will take the initial consultation/examination fee (£38 for an adult or £20 for a child ) over the phone by card when you make your first appointment. If you can’t make this appointment, do let us know in good time beforehand. If you do not attend this appointment or cancel late, this will act as a Missed Appointment fee and WILL NOT be refunded to you.
Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Missed appointment charges:
- Adult appointment: £32
- Child appointment: £20
If you haven’t been before, we would plan to see you within 2-3 working days – if you need attention urgently, we would hope to do so within 24 hours.
Reduced Fees & Support
We understand that circumstances can vary. Patients who are in receipt of specific benefits may be eligible for a reduced fee, depending on individual circumstances and availability.
