Victoria Howard-Howells

As Co-Director, Victoria’s role focuses on the operational and organisational foundations of the practice.

She is responsible for key areas such as accounts, payroll, ordering, and the development and maintenance of policies and procedures — the systems that allow the business to function smoothly and responsibly. While she is not involved in clinical delivery, her work ensures the team has the structure, resources, and support needed to do their jobs well.

You’ll also regularly find Victoria in the clinic, checking in on how things are running, taking a hands-on and supportive approach, and working alongside the team where needed. She values being present, approachable, and part of the wider team, helping create an environment where everyone can focus on what they do best.
