Born and bred in North Norfolk, Sam has been proudly serving the local community for over a decade, combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with education to empower patients in managing their health for the long term.
My approach centres on providing speedy relief for acute pain—helping patients get back on their feet quickly—while also focusing on prevention: reducing the frequency and severity of future episodes through tailored care and regular “tune-ups” or “MOTs.”
Sam has wide experience as a generalist, treating people of all ages and backgrounds—from Olympic athletes (having worked as a soft tissue therapist during the London 2012 Games) to weekend warriors, office workers, and retirees. Sam has also supported Holt Rugby Club as their team osteopath over several seasons, giving him valuable insight into the demands of contact sport and injury recovery.
While Sam is skilled in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints, Sam also has a particular interest in helping middle-aged and older adults stay mobile, active, and pain-free. Whether you’re dealing with an ongoing issue or looking to maintain long-term physical wellbeing, Sam offers practical, thoughtful care tailored to your needs.
Sam holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, along with additional qualifications in medical acupuncture, herbal medicine, sports massage, and animal osteopathy. Sam’s background includes clinical development work within the NHS and academic research into ethics and communication in touch-based therapies—experience that informs a well-rounded, patient-centred approach to care.
