Mahala is a welcoming and knowledgeable member of our reception team and is often the first point of contact for patients. She takes time to understand each individual’s needs and helps guide patients towards the clinician best suited to support them. Mahala assists with bookings, enquiries, and day-to-day clinic organisation, helping each patient feel informed, supported, and confident from their very first contact with the clinic. All conversations are handled with care, discretion, and confidentiality.
