I first attended the clinic early last year with chronic pain in my upper back and neck. After seeing Jeanette over the course of a few months my posture really Improved and the pain reduced massively. Jeanette always checks in on the day to make sure the right areas are treated and if I’ve had any other areas that need attention. I also went to the clinic later on with lower back pain which felt so much better almost immediately after treatment. The receptionist, Mahala is extremely welcoming and lovely! Couldn’t recommend the clinic enough and the staff.

I have been going for over two years now, I could not of asked for better treatment and support, to the point where I have even introduced a few of my friends, Jeanette has magic hands she helped my little baby when she was born and will keep an eye on her as she grows, Mahala the receptionist has always helped me and is a great person to walk into on reception smiles and good coversation thank you guys xx

I have been seeing Jeanette Howells for around three years now I was particularly nervous and not really sure what to expect.
From start to finish I feel like I was included and understood on what my problem was and Jeanette has really made me feel at ease and talking me through step-by-step of the process and what my problem actually is.
I have now seen Jeanette for a couple of different issues over the years and every time I have felt included in my treatment.
Jeanette is a very welcoming lady. She also has this wonderful sense of humour where you are able to have a laugh with Jeanette and she does help any nerves.
This being said all the staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting at the clinic have all said hello if I’m sitting in the waiting room and they come out their rooms.
I also find that the reception team, the two young ladies are very polite and helpful.
I really enjoy that when I do have an appointment if I arrive a bit earlier I will be offered a cup of tea or coffee.
The clinic is spotless. There is always a Radio on so you can have a bit of Music while you’re waiting. I like that there is an availability of magazines.

Absolutely fantastic 👏, Janet is so professional & lovely , makes u feel at ease, please dont tell everyone though! I need appointments! 😆, receptionists fantastic too 👏 , especially one little lady ! 😉 xxxx

Just had my first appointment here and soooo glad I did .. now with a plan in place and a clear step by step guide everyone here is lovely . Can’t recommend highly enough….I was nervous of the idea of coming to a chiropractor ….I didn’t need to worry

Having had severe back problems many years ago, I have known Dr. Norman for quite a while. He is always very knowledgeable and professional, and seems to be able to pinpoint the problems straight away, whether arms, shoulders, neck or back.
Since the early days I have had regular appointments and this has enabled me to maintain mobility. The reception staff are very accommodating, and are always able to find appointments to suit my busy lifestyle.

I cannot praise everyone at the clinic highly enough. I am always made very welcome by the friendly reception staff. One of the nice touches offered is the ‘reminder’ phone call early on the day of the appointment.
Dr Norman’s manner is warm and he puts you at ease whist he works his magic, in keeping my back in tip top condition.
I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone.

Fantastic service. Dr. Norman and his team are absolutely superb. They all make you feel welcome and cared for. Always accommodating and will go out of there way to help. I alread feel so relaxed and comfortable in three office. They make you feel like a person, not just a patient. Cannot recommend enough!
